Booking & Cancellation Policy

We keep our classes intentionally small to create a more personal and elevated experience. Because of this, we kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations (within 12 hours) will result in a full class charge

  • No-shows will also be charged in full

This allows us to offer spots to others who may be waiting.

Membership No-Show Policy

To ensure a smooth experience for all members:

  • Classes must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance to avoid penalty

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of that class credit

  • Unlimited members may be subject to a late cancel/no-show fee of $15

We understand that things come up — please cancel in advance whenever possible to allow space for others.

Arrival Policy

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to get settled and enjoy the space.

Out of respect for the experience and other guests:

  • Late entry may not be permitted once class has begun

Membership & Package Policy

All class packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Class packages expire based on the selected plan

  • Memberships auto-renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle

We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred class times.

Studio Etiquette

To maintain a calm and welcoming environment:

  • Phones should be silenced during class

  • Please be mindful of others’ space and experience

  • We encourage you to stay through the end of class when possible

Private Group Bookings: What to Know Before Booking

A few details to ensure a smooth and elevated experience for your group:

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation

  • Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received

  • The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to your scheduled session

  • All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation timing

  • Cancellations within 72 hours of your session are non-refundable in full

  • We’re happy to reschedule based on availability with advance notice

  • Final group count must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior

  • Any reductions in group size after this window will not change the total price

  • For outdoor sessions, we will work with you to adjust location or reschedule if needed due to weather
