Sept 27th at 10:30am Take a Hike: Womens Social Hike
Step away from the noise and join us for a morning hike of movement, fresh air, and genuine connection following our Sunday Reset Class.
Our Women's Hike is all about bringing women together to unplug, get outside, and build community, one step at a time. We'll explore one of Santa Barbara's beautiful local trails at a relaxed, conversational pace, with plenty of opportunities to connect, meet new people, and enjoy nature together.
This isn't about how fast you hike or how many miles you can do. It's about showing up, moving your body, breathing in the fresh air, and spending time with an incredible community of women.
Whether you come with a friend or arrive solo, you'll be welcomed with open arms. Many lasting friendships begin on these trails.
Wear comfortable shoes, bring water, and get ready to start your day feeling energized, grounded, and connected.
Because sometimes the best conversations happen outside. Trail TBA one week prior to the hike.

October 2nd, Introduction to Grief & Rage Work
Friday, October 2 | 6:00–7:30 PM
Join us for an introductory evening exploring the connection between grief, rage, and the body.
This work isn’t about re-living past trauma. Instead, we’ll gently explore where patterns of grief live in the body, how grief and rage can be connected, and how working with both can help us process what we’re carrying and create meaningful change.
The evening will include gentle somatic practices, nervous system resourcing, an introduction to understanding your own grief patterns, and light snacks. No previous experience is needed.

October 3rd, Rooftop Yoga 9am
Start your Saturday above it all. This all-levels vinyasa flow takes place on the Kimpton Canary rooftop, with the Santa Barbara skyline as your backdrop and the morning light doing half the work for you.
We move through sun salutations, standing poses, and a little balance work — building steadily from a gentle warm-up to a well-earned savasana. No experience needed and no pressure to get it "right." If you've never done yoga before, this is a beautiful place to start. If you've been practicing for years, this is a beautiful place to come back to yourself.
Bring water, wear layers (mornings can start cool before the sun warms things up), and arrive a few minutes early to grab a mat and take in the view before we begin.
All levels welcome.
THIS CLASS IS LOCATED AT 31 West Carrillo St. (KImpton Canary, 6th floor)
