Step 1 – Book Your Package
Choose how many sessions you’d like. You can confirm class types and dates up to three weeks before the first session.

Step 2 – We’ll Reach Out
Our team will contact you within 24 hours to finalize details and customize your session.

Step 3 – Receive Materials
Once dates and class types are confirmed, we’ll send you:

  • Class descriptions

  • Yoga teacher bio

  • Student FAQ for easy prep and participation

Step 4 – Seamless Session Start
Your instructor will join the virtual platform at least 10 minutes early to welcome students, answer questions, and encourage interaction. Class begins and ends promptly on time.

Step 5 – Immersive Class Experience
Your teacher will provide a curated playlist for participants to enjoy during class and spotlight their video for clear instruction. Cameras are optional—your team can participate in the way that feels best for them.
