It all started with…
… a glass of wine on a spring afternoon. The desire to do something different was on our minds. We decided that instead of just talking about it, we would do it. Right then, fueled by Rosé, we signed up for a gmail account, the website domain, the instagram handle and before we knew it, the ball was rolling and we were off!
We’re a group of friends first, yogis second, who are dedicated to sharing the practice of yoga with as many humans (and 4 legged friends) as possible. We are bringing yoga out of the traditional studio and into the wild world. Our classes are filled with fun, laughter, chaturangas, and community.
We do yoga outside, at parks, breweries, at sunset, sunrise, on the sand, in the mountains, at vacation rentals, corporate offices, with kids, adults, dogs, athletes, flexible and “un”flexible yogis; we breathe, we move, we sweat, and we grow together.
